life's a beach, part 2

Spent our last day of summer at Laguna Beach with just the girls. Beautiful day for us, not so beautiful day for others. Some kid broke his arm and another was taken out on a stretcher after getting tossed around by some waves. Didn't get any pics of the injuries.

We were both really excited to be at the beach.

Kept a close eye on this guy. Didn't want to get crapped on.

Someone needs a pedicure.

los angeles angels of anaheim

Stupid name but always a good time at the ballpark.

Hayley's turn at the game.

Kaelyn's turn.

I think she only likes to go for the cotton candy.

This peanut jumped out of the bag and attacked him!!

There's this crazy old guy that goes wearing animal print clothes and basically makes a complete fool of himself. One game he brought a bag full of baseball hats. He wore them all, one at a time throughout the game. Every.single.one. Weirdo!

Brandon and dad.

Dad on the field.

Son on the field.

There he goes!!

4th of July, just the two of us.

The wave!!

The view of the parking lot from the escalator.

Daddy and his girl.

Momma and her girl.

The children.

16

On August 9, 1992 at 10:36pm, a bouncing baby boy was born. Weighing in at a hefty 9 pounds, 11 ounces, with 10 fingers and 10 toes and a full head of dark brown hair little Drew came into the world. Little Drew is now 6 feet tall, has long blonde hair and driving a car!! Happy 16th birthday Drew!!!

Opening his presents. He got some cash, a hard drive for his PS3 and a Sidekick.

Transformers card. hehehehe

Teenagers eating pizza. Good thing I got 4 larges from Costco. It was gone in the morning.

Playing a little Wii baseball.

Grandma Betty enjoying her cake.

The happy couple and proud parents. (and some spiffy new glasses)

We normally don't sing happy birthday but the teens broke out in song. Classic.

hahaha...

Make a wish...

Playing Risk, the longest game ever invented.

They stayed up most of the night playing Risk. I finally had to put in my ear plugs so I wouldn't hear them laughing and rolling dice. Don't know how my husband slept thru it.
