Our long awaited Vegas anniversary trip has arrived!! We had a blast celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We saw Zumanity at NY NY and Mystere at Treasure Island, had an awesome dinner at The Steak House at Treasure Island and had some drinks (ok a lot of them) at Wasted Space at the Hard Rock. Here's to many more years to come!!

we finally made it into Vegas!

the casino at Hooters (where we stayed). no Hooters wasn't what you're all thinking, it was a nice place to stay. There weren't any obnoxious, drunk frat boys running around oogling the Hooters cocktail servers. In fact, there were several older couples staying there. (not including us as one of the older couples lol)

I hit 3 7's while waiting for our room! I won $80! Not bad for a non-gambler. ;)

As always, I hate when our trips end. Not sure where our next trip will be. We are hoping to make it out to Florida with all the kids to see Mickey Mouse.

day 365 and counting...

Wow, time really does fly when you're having fun. The hubs and I made it to the one year mark. Can't believe an entire year has gone by since we got married. Our actual anniversary wasn't all that exciting. The hubs had to spend the morning taking care of some important family business (which if you know us, you know that it all worked out mostly in our favor!!), had lunch at Macaroni Grill and then had dinner at Mom's, then off to work for me (boo). We will be celebrating in a couple weeks by heading out to Vegas.
