mouse, humidity and fun-**now with captions!!

Don't have time to post any details on our trip and comments on the pics so for now, pictures are all you get. Our computer has been acting wonky lately too so please stand by for more info.

Ok so usually I center the comments that I make about our photos but I'm not doing that this time. Deal. Our flight left at 0105 on a Tuesday. Yep, that's AM people. I've never flown at night so I was a little nervous but it wasn't that bad. The hubby had to work that day but he left early to get home early and pack and tie up loose ends. The pic below is of the kids while waiting for us to check my bag in. The photo says it all. The teenager looks all hostile and stuff but he actually wasn't that bad during the trip. He was even helpful at times.

Here we are about to board the plane!! This was Bran & Hay's first flight but they did great. Hubby sat with his kids and I sat with mine. I sat in the middle seat, KK had the window and Drew had the aisle. I thought giving Drew the aisle would give him more leg room but it didn't. He couldn't leave his legs out in the aisle and have people tripping over him. At one point I had KK laying on me and Drew had his head on my shoulder sleeping. Awwww.

Looking fresh and excited to get going.

In Texas on a layover. Everyone was sleepy as you can tell. The layover was like 90 minutes or something like that. Not too bad.

The master bedroom in our 3bd condo. It was nice!! Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't all that comfy. Didn't matter too much since we came back every night exhausted and passed out. Poor Brandon got the couch once again.

Master bathroom.

Kids bathroom.

David & Sylvia brought the kids over to welcome us and go swimming. We ordered pizza and hung out at the pool. Spencer was a crazy man in the water. Wylie was excited to see her "tousins" again.

We're on our way to the Magic Kingdom!!

Wow, it was hot!! And humid!! And sweaty and stinky!! I put on eye makeup the first day but quickly decided that was stupid and went without makeup the rest of the trip. I did put some on for Wylie's party and our fancy dinner.

We waited here for this stupid storm to pass. Should have bought Walmart ponchos or umbrellas. I think we went to Walmart everyday to get supplies. People of Walmart are the same in every city!!

In line for Splash Mountain. The storm shut the ride down for a while so waiting in line was a drag.

Kids made fun of my hat but everyone seemed to want to wear it.

Drew and Brandon got bored so Drew styled Brandon's hair using rain, grease and sweat. Gross.

At Hollywood Studios. Got there a little later than planned so all the Fastpasses for Toy Story Mania were gone so we had to wait. A long time.

Finally inside!! At first it feels super cool when you come in from the heat but then you get used to it and it seems stuffy. You keep sweating for a bit too. Super gross. Drew decided he didn't want to go on this since he just went on it last year. He took off and did some stuff on his own.

The ride is cute and so fun! We had a blast. Sylvia and Spencer didn't join us this day.

On the streets of San Francisco.

Subway in New York.

Tower of Terror. Wylie was brave and went on. She had a death grip on the handles. LOL

The kids loved Tower of Terror and Rock & Roller Coaster! I thought Kaelyn was going to throw up just waiting in line for the roller coaster but she was brave! Just like her tousin Wylie. There was another big downpour while we were in line for Rock & Roller Coaster. Sigh. Gotta love hot rain! We ended the night by watching the Fantasmic show. We were all so exhausted but the show was awesome. Even Wylie stayed up for the whole thing.

Friday at the Animal Kingdom. Wylie was sick so they all stayed home.

First up, Expedition Everest. KK was super nervous since she doesn't usually go on the "bigger" rides but she loved it.

Starting to look a little tired and worn down at this point.

This was after going on Dinosaur. That ride is so loud.

To escape the torrential downpour, we ducked into Yak & Yeti for a $$$$ lunch. We tried to huddle under a small umbrella but it just wasn't working for all 6 of us so we gave up. Damn you rain, I wasn't counting on spending so much money on lunch!! At least it wasn't a burger and fries combo. Hay was super pouty and cold at first but she finally perked up. We were literally soaked from head to toe.

See how wet Brandon is?? Should have bought ponchos.

On the Kilimanjaro ride. All our pics came out kinda foggy/misty looking so we didn't take many.

We got through this park quick and it was an early day. I think it was this day that we dropped Drew off at the condo and ate dinner at Cracker Barrel. Again, not a burger/fries combo, although I think Brandon ordered a burger. In fact, I think he had a burger every single day.

Yay for a break from the parks!! Wylie's 4th birthday party was on Saturday. It was such a cute party. It was held in a Peter Pan themed daycare center at one of the hotels.

Spencer doesn't stop moving!!

I think Kaelyn secretly wanted to dress up but she acted like she was embarrassed.

Inside the man cave. All the dudes were playing video games while there were princesses running around.

Playing Connect 4. I won one, he won one.

The parents had to join in on the Hokey Pokey. I tried to get Drew to dance along but he wasn't having any of it.

He gets Spencer so riled up!!

Now it's onto the Sea Raycer boats!

The Sea Raycer boats are 2 people boats you can drive around the lake by Magic Kingdom and the surrounding hotels. It was fun but hot. Didn't wear my hat since I wanted to comb my hair that day for Wylie's party and our dinner.

Our boat ended up stalling out and one point and we needed some help. My brother's boat completely died so he had to get another one.

Hayley said she was scared since her side of the boat was up higher than her dad's side.

Kids played table tennis while we had a cocktail. Mine was frozen and so yummy.

Took a tour around the Grand Floridian while waiting for our reservation.

I think he was throwing a small fit here. Don't remember what it was about.

Drew listening to the piano. Some day I'm going to take lessons again.

Finally, having a "real" dinner at 'Ohana!! I was so stinkin excited to have a good meal.

Brandon really isn't bored here I promise.

Getting their grub on. We left there completely stuffed. I don't think Drew did though with his weird packing material meal.

See? That white stuff looks and tastes like packing material. He kept giving his tempura veggies away. The asparagus was very tasty.

Mmmmmmm, bread pudding. Tastes kinda like the french toast souffle I make for Christmas.

Birthday cupcake for the birthday girl!!

No pics of the kids doing the limbo or dancing around the restaurant with my camera. These two dudes looked rather bored at this point.

Sunday was Epcot. Another hot and humid day. No hat at this point since it got ruined with all the rain. It was droopy and would hang in my face so I tossed it.

Hahahaha!! Spencer kept smooshing his face up against the plastic but I wasn't fast enough with the camera.

Trying all the different Coke products from around the world. Gave us a break from the rain. I finally broke down and spent a small fortune on ponchos. Drew didn't get one since he was on his own somewhere in the park. We looked like dorks. No photos from my camera so you'll just have to trust me on this one.

Some were tasty, some were not so tasty. At least one was downright nasty!!

Fireworks at Epcot. Uncle Robbie was holding Spencer but as soon as they went off he started crying. Poor guy!! It was kinda loud.

I didn't take my camera on Monday since we went to Seaworld's water park, Aquatica. It was sooooooooooooo much fun. I think that day was the most fun since we were in the water and you couldn't tell how damn hot it was. Our nerves were a bit fried and the kids were bugging a bit but it was still a good time. We went round and round the fast moving river. Wylie loved it. After Aquatica we got cleaned up and headed over to David & Sylvia's house for more pizza and hanging out before we headed back to CA. Wylie finally got to open her gift from us.

Can you tell she's excited?

She gave everyone hugs and kisses.

Spencer started whacking the girls with his sword. You gotta watch out for that kid, lemme tell ya.

I know I didn't cover everything about our trip since my memory often fails me but it was a great time. The kids didn't complain or fight too much and everyone seemed to have a good time. I think our next family vacation will be a little more low key though since I'm still recovering from this one!!
